I’ve not actually read the book yet! But this is certainly a helpful stimulus: looking at addressing poverty through small adjustments to policy/implementation rather than broad ideological brush strokes is so obviously intelligent that almost everyone up till now seems to have managed to miss the concept.

Using psychological measures and scientific Randomised Control Trials (RCTs) takes the heat out of the debate and re-focuses on development issues on problem solving.
